About the ETSP-VTH Series Complex Vibration Chamber
The ETSP-VTH series from ETSP, South Korea, are temperature and humidity test chambers in combination with vibration. They simulate dynamic processes and allow optimum integration of various vibration systems. Applied tests are high temperature, low temperature, high-low temperature, temperature and humidity, high-low temperature and humidity, environment stress screening, reliability evaluation and acceptance tests.
The temperature range is -40 °C to +150 °C with a single-stage refrigeration system, or -70 °C to +150 °C with a cascade refrigeration system, with accuracy of less than ±0.3 °C and heating-up and cooling-down rates of 5–15 °C/min on average with no load, measured in the air inlet. A programmable TFT color 5.7-inch touch-screen LCD controller holds up to 120 patterns and 1,200 profiles, and RS232/485 networking with free control software lets several chambers be connected to a single master control unit for centralized supervision, in local and remote mode.
The chamber has a powerful chamber up/down unit and an electrical unit designed for high reliability and operator safety, with an error diagnosis system and an inspection system for easy servicing and upgrades, and it cools rapidly at a low noise level with ecologically friendly refrigerants. Seven models, ETSP-VTH 392 to ETSP-VTH 1800, offer useful capacity from 392 to 1,800 litres, and custom-designed chambers are available on demand. The ETSP-VTH series is manufactured according to Total Quality procedures, in compliance with the ISO 9001 standard.
