About the ETSP-SS Series Salt Spray Chamber
The ETSP-SS series salt spray chamber from ETSP, South Korea, simulates the effects of salt and sea mist on your product. Tests are designed to evaluate corrosion properties and resistance to corrosion, and cover the requirements for continuous salt spray testing to ASTM B117 and similar international salt spray test standards.
The chamber runs at 35 °C ± 2 °C with a spray volume of 1–2 ml/h. The atomizer produces a fine fog of 5–20 micron droplet size, and a non-corrosive, temperature-controlled saturator has an automatic water level controller and an immersion heater. A microprocessor controller includes self-diagnostics and a warning message function.
Four models, ETSP-SS 120, 480, 600 and 1000, offer useful capacity from 121 to 1,000 litres, and custom-designed chambers are available on demand. The ETSP-SS series is manufactured according to Total Quality procedures, in compliance with the ISO 9001 standard.
